Shipping policy

At Noor & Motion, each order is carefully prepared and packed to ensure it arrives safely.

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery
All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked 24. Once dispatched, delivery is aimed for the next working day, although this is not guaranteed.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your parcel.

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Noor & Motion cannot be responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect address details.

Delays
While we aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible, delivery times are dependent on Royal Mail and delays may occasionally occur.
