At Noor & Motion, we take pride in the quality of our products and want you to feel confident in your purchase.
Due to the nature of skincare products, we do not accept physical returns.
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at 'noorandmotion@gmail.com' with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will arrange a refund or replacement without requiring the item to be returned.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.
Please note that we cannot offer refunds for opened or used products unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
